大家下午好!在这万物葱茏的初夏时节,又恰逢“世界环境日”与“丝绸之路周”期间,我们相聚在一起,召开“2021国际丝绸联盟主席会议暨丝绸可持续发展国际智库论坛”,共同探讨丝绸的绿色可持续发展,具有十分重要的意义。首先请允许我代表教育科研专委会,向各位领导、嘉宾们的到来,表示最热烈的欢迎!

Good afternoon everyone! In this lush early summer season, which coincides with the "World Environment Day" and the "Silk Road Week" period, we gathered together to hold the "ISU Chairman Meeting & International Think Tanks Forum on Silk Sustainable Development" to discuss the green and sustainable development of silk is of great significance. First of all, please allow me, on behalf of ISU Education Research Professional Committee, to extend my warmest welcome to all the leaders and guests!

2020年以来,国内外的新冠疫情给茧丝绸行业和企业带来了较大的冲击,通过及时调整发展策略,加上我国丝绸产业链完整、配套力强,尤其是近年来丝绸行业对科技创新的高度重视,产学研紧密结合,围绕新工艺、新技术、新产品设计和研发以及转型升级中的瓶颈问题,包括为应对新冠疫情和其他传染性疾病的丝绸防护产品、多功能丝绸产品等的开发,加快了研发速度和市场化速度,提高了丝绸产品的竞争力,丝绸行业在疫情大考中经受住了考验,表现出了强大的韧性。

The COVID-19 at home and abroad has brought a greater impact on the cocoon and silk industry since 2020. All of us tried to timely adjust the development strategies, and improve the supply capacity, especially in recent years, attached great importance to scientific and technological innovation, and closely integrated production, education and research. Silk industry focus on the new processes, new technologies, new products design & research and the bottleneck of transformation & upgrading, such as the development of silk protection products and multifunctional silk products in response to the COVID-19 or other infectious diseases. All this works have accelerated the speed of R&D and marketisation, improved the competitiveness of silk products, and the silk industry has stood the test in the epidemic test, showing strong resilience and vitality.

教育科研专委会自2017年成立以来,共有来自中国、澳大利亚、印度、波兰、巴西、泰国等国家的16位委员,2019年9月,我们召开了专委会第二次会议。2020年由于疫情的原因,没能聚到一起探讨交流,但委员们在各自的国家、在各自的工作岗位上,密切关注国际疫情局势变化,利用各种方式协助丝绸企业复工复产,积极提供应对举措,并致力于新形势下丝绸人才培养和科技创新工作。我在此简要介绍一下近年来专委会在丝绸教育、科研和文化交流等方面的工作情况。

Since its establishment in 2017, ISU Education Research Professional Committee has 16 members from China, Australia, India, Poland, Brazil, Thailand and other countries. In September 2019, the second meeting of the committee was held. In 2020, due to the epidemic, committee members could not get together to discuss and exchange. However, in their respective countries and in their respective jobs, the committee members paid close attention to changes in the international epidemic situation and used various methods to assist silk enterprises in resuming work and production, actively providing responding to the measures, and committed to the training of silk talents and scientific and technological innovation under the new situation. Let me briefly introduce the work of the committee in the areas of silk education, scientific research, and cultural exchange.

一、丝绸教育

1. Silk Education

专业人才培养

Professional talent training

各高校的丝绸专业人才培养特色鲜明。例如浙江理工大学,2017年开始恢复丝绸设计与工程专业招生,是目前国内唯一的丝绸本科专业,“艺工结合”,培养既具有纺织丝绸工程知识,又具有艺术修养、创新设计理论及实践能力的复合型高级应用人才。就在2周前,该专业首届毕业生“丝想?未来”作品展开展,展览汇集了全部毕业生的设计作品,涵盖了服饰类、泛家居类、文创类等几大方向,题材多样、内容丰富、主题鲜明,观念多维,目前60%以上的作品已被相关企业采纳,转化为产品,也反映出了丝绸专业学生们本科四年来的学术涵养与创作水平。

The training of silk professionals in various universities has distinctive characteristics. For instance, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University (ZSTU) restored the major of silk design and engineering in 2017, it is currently the only silk undergraduate major in China, combining the design and engineering, cultivating compound senior application talents who have not only knowledge of textile and silk engineering, but also artistic accomplishment, innovative design theory and practical ability. Just two weeks ago, the graduation exhibition --"Silk Thinking & Future" from the first graduate of this major was launched. The exhibition brought together the design works of all graduates, covering several major directions such as apparel, pan-furniture, and cultural creation, with diverse themes, rich content, bright themes and the multi-dimensional concept. At present, more than 60% of the works have been adopted by related companies and transformed into products, which also reflects the academic cultivation and creative level of the silk major students over the past four years.

苏州大学也是国内专门培养丝绸人才的最高学府,始终坚持以丝绸产品、丝绸文化和丝绸全产业链发展为特色,推动学科建设和行业的发展与创新,在丝绸人才的培养上成效突出。2019年,丝绸文化育人品牌,成功入选苏州市创新创优项目;《丝绸文化与产品》国家精品在线开放课程获苏州大学教学成果奖一等奖。

Soochow University is also the highest institution in the country that specializes in cultivating silk talents. It has always adhered to the characteristics of silk products, silk culture and the development of the entire silk industry chain, promoted the development and innovation of discipline construction and the industry, and has achieved outstanding results in the training of silk talents. In 2019, the silk culture education brand was successfully selected as the Suzhou Innovation and Excellence Project; the national boutique online open course "Silk Culture and Products" won the first prize of the Teaching Achievement Award of Soochow University.

浙江大学应用生物资源研究所,以生物科学为背景,以现代生物技术为主导,立足于蚕丝及其丝蛋白这一特色材料,致力于实现蚕丝的多元化和高值化利用,重点开展家蚕纺丝机理、定向培育家蚕生产多功能化蚕丝、丝蛋白生物材料构建及组织再生修复等方面的教育和研究工作。近三年来选派教师和学生参加蚕桑相关国际会议5次共41人次,国内学术会议6次共87人次;邀请外国专家来访交流3人次;选派博士赴海外高校交流学习2人次。

With the background of biological sciences and the lead of modern biotechnology, the Institute of Applied Bioresource Research of Zhejiang University based on the characteristic material of silk and silk protein, committed to the diversification and high-value utilization of silk, focused on the education and research work of the development of silkworm spinning mechanism, targeted breeding of silkworm to produce multifunctional silk, silk protein biomaterial construction and tissue regeneration and repair. In the past three years, teachers and students have been selected to participate in sericulture-related international conferences 5 times with a total of 41 people, domestic academic conferences 6 times with a total of 87 people, and 3 foreign experts were invited to visit and exchange, 2 doctors were selected for exchange and study in overseas universities.

科研院所在丝绸人才培养上也发挥着重要作用。例如四川省丝绸科学研究院,参与部分高校的丝绸专业课程教授和研究生毕业论文评阅及答辩,为成都大学的中国-东盟艺术学院“锦绣传承与创新艺术设计人才培养”培训班开展多门课程的讲授;承办“锦绣四川?丝绸之源”丝绸产品创新设计专题赛,征集作品1600余件,对提升行业创意设计和产品研发人才队伍的整体能力起到了较好的推动作用。

Scientific research institutions also play an important role in the cultivation of silk talents. Sichuan Academy of Silk Sciences participated in the paper review of silk course instructors and the thesis defense of postgraduates in some universities, provided lectures for the “Brocade Inheritance and Innovation Art Design Talents Training Class” of College of Chinese & ASEAN Arts, Chengdu University, organized Silk Product Innovation Design Special Competition “Brocade Sichuan ? Origin of Silk”, and collected more than 1600 works, strongly facilitating the enhancement of industry creative design and the product R&D team’s overall capacity.

技能培训教育

Skill training education

2019年11月,浙江理工大学承担的国家科技部“现代丝绸产品加工与创新设计技术”国际培训班开展了第四期培训教学活动。来自泰国、埃及等8个国家的24名学员参加了学习,以丝绸产品加工与创新设计为主题,传授了栽桑养蚕、缫丝织绸、产品设计与印染后整理等相关知识,也为中国丝绸行业与亚非各国同行之间搭建起了信息交流、人才交流和科技合作的桥梁。

In November 2019, ZSTU organized the fourth session of “Training Program on Processing Technology and Innovation Design of Modern Silk Products” by the Ministry of Science and Technology of PRC. The present training program involved 24 trainees from 8 countries as Thailand, Egypt, etc., focused on the themes of silk product processing and innovative design, concerned the training of mulberry planting and silkworm raising, silk reeling and silk fiber weaving, product design and dyeing-finishing, building a bridge of information exchange, talent communication and scientific and technological cooperation between the domestic silk industry and their counterparts in Asia and Africa.

2020年,浙江理工大学举办了“织锦技艺传承及创意设计研修项目”第七期、第八期培训班,除邀请知名专家授课外,还引入了大量的校外资源与平台,产学研合作,共同推动中国织锦非遗的传承与创新发展。自2017年至今,学校已举办了八期研修培训,为全国20余个地区的160余名织锦传承人及从业者提供了研修。

In 2020, ZSTU hosted the seventh and eighth sessions of “Training Program on Art & Technique Heritage and Creative Design of Brocade”, invited famous experts to give lectures, and introduced a large number of off-campus resources and platforms for production - university - research cooperation to jointly promote the inheritance and innovative development of China's intangible cultural heritage of brocade. Since 2017, ZSTU has held eight training class for more than 160 inheritors and practitioners of more than 20 regions in China.

苏州大学主办了2019年全国缫丝技术及管理高级研修班,培训内容包括制丝工艺及产品质量管理、生丝质量检测实操技术、国家及行业标准以及产品质量问题分析等,为丝绸生产企业搭建“产学研用”技术交流平台,促进了茧丝绸行业的高质量发展。

Soochow University hosted the National Advanced Training Course on Reeling Technology and Management in 2019, covering silk producing process, product quality management, raw silk quality practical detection technology, product quality problem analysis, set up a technology exchange platform of “production, university, research and application” for management and technical staff of silk production enterprises, and facilitated the high-quality development of cocoon silk industry.

四川省丝绸科学研究院近年来重点围绕优质高效蚕桑生产技术、新蚕品种选育技术、蚕茧质量与制丝生产工艺技术、缫丝煮茧新装备应用、鲜茧缫丝工艺技术、蜀锦蜀绣技艺以及蚕茧和生丝质量提升、企业技术管理、缫丝工厂规划设计等,采取会议讲座、实地现场教学、专家咨询等方式,为省内外丝绸行业企业开展技能培训33场(次),培训人员778人(次),参训的企事业单位达50多家(次)。

Sichuan Academy of Silk Sciences has focused on high-quality efficient sericulture production technology, new silkworm variety breeding technology, cocoon quality and silk producing process technology, the application of new reeling and cocoon boiling equipment, fresh cocoon reeling process technology, Sichuan brocade and Sichuan embroidery process, and improvement of cocoon and raw silk quality, corporate technical management, reeling factory planning and design, etc., adopted conference lectures, field scene teaching, expert consultation methods, offered 33 skill training for silk industry enterprises inside and outside the province, involving 778 trainees and more than 50 enterprise and public institutions.

各类培训教学活动不仅提升了丝绸从业人员的业务水平,也从多层次、多角度增进了各国与中国丝绸领域的沟通和交流。面对新的国际形势,专委会委员及所在单位将进一步加大力度培养丝绸行业适用人才,为丝绸产业高质量发展做出新的贡献。

Various types of silk-related training classes have enhanced the professionalism of silk practitioners, strengthened the communication and exchanges between countries and China with multiple levels and perspectives. In response to the new international situation, the committee members and their units will devote greater efforts to cultivate talents in silk industry, and make new contributions to the high-quality development of silk industry.

二、丝绸科研

2. Silk research

丝绸科研工作者围绕丝绸产业的关键共性技术,尤其在蚕桑资源的深加工,集约化、工厂化养蚕,功能性蚕丝及其产品的加工,数字化、短流程缫丝装备及工艺,丝绸产品的创新设计及织造、绿色印染,丝绸文物的保护等方面作了不少工作,通过产学研合作,凝聚和培养了一批产业技术创新人才,推动了丝绸行业的发展。

Chinese experts have made a lot of works in key and common technologies in silk industry, especially in the deep processing technology of sericulture resources, intensive and factory sericulture technology, processing technology of functional silk and its products, digital and short-flow silk reeling equipment technology, creative design and weaving technology for silk products, ecological and intelligent printing and dyeing of silk, and silk cultural relics protection technology, etc. The production - university - research cooperation has helped to condense and cultivate a group of industrial technology innovation talents, promoted the development of the silk industry.

降糖新药桑枝总生物碱成功上市、蚕丝蛋白骨钉进入临床试验、蚕丝蛋白保鲜剂开始产业化生产,标志着国内桑蚕茧丝资源综合利用开发不断向生物、医药、化工等高新技术领域拓展。

The New hypoglycemic drugs of Sangzhi Zongshengwujian Pian was successfully launched in the market, the fibroin bone nail was applied to clinical test, fibroin fresh-keeping agent was put into industrial production, marking the comprehensive utilization of cocoon silk resources to expand into biological, medical, chemicals and other high-tech fields.

随着国内5G、人工智能等新技术的迅猛发展,智能制造加快应用:人工全龄饲料养蚕、智慧桑蚕养殖装备技术的研发不断取得新突破,并在各地推广应用,传统养蚕模式正在向工厂化、自动化转变;达利丝绸(浙江)公司积极推进智慧工厂建设,织绸工人看台数由原有的4台提高到目前的30台,初步实现了车间的智能化管理;凯喜雅通过数学建模及计算机智能技术,研发具有特殊组织结构和纹理的丝绸新产品;宏华数码和万事利的双面喷印技术,不仅避免了采用传统印花用水多、废浆多的问题,还解决了厚织物单面喷印露白的问题。2021年度浙江省重点研发计划项目“丝绸面料免水洗印染关键技术研发及产业化应用”有望进一步促进丝绸印染的节能降耗和可持续发展。

The rapid development of 5G, artificial intelligence and other new technologies has accelerated their application in intelligent manufacturing: new breakthroughs have been continuously achieved in full-age artificial feed and the R&D of intelligent silk breeding equipment technology, which have been actively applied in different areas. Traditional silk breeding mode is transforming to factory-based automated breeding; High Fashion Silk (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. actively promoted the intelligent information workshop project in 2017, with an increase of the silk worker stand from 4 sets to 30 sets, and initially achieved workshop intelligent management. Cathaya Group developed silk new products with special organizational structure and texture through mathematical modeling and computer intelligence technology. The double-sided digital printing technologydeveloped by Hangzhou Honghua Digital Technology Stock Company Ltd. and Wensli Group has avoided the water-consuming and large waste slurry in traditional printing process, solved the exposure of thick cloth one-sided printing. The 2021 Zhejiang provincial key R&D program “silk fabric washing-free printing and dyeing technology research and development, and industrialized application” is expected to further promote the energy-saving, cost-reducing and sustainable development of silk printing and dyeing.

丝绸新材料研发成效初显:嘉欣丝绸投资研发的家蚕蜘蛛超级仿生丝,通过家蚕和黑寡妇蜘蛛的基因组合改良家蚕丝的性能,技术上取得了突破,超级仿生丝强度比普通蚕丝高3.86倍,后续有望应用于军工和生物医学等领域。

Preliminary effects have been achieved in silk new materials research and development. The new material, spider silk bionic material invested and developed by Zhejiang Jiaxin Silk Co., Ltd. has achieved initial results. By improving Bombyx mori silk performance through the gene combination of Bombyx mori and black widow spider, it has made great technical breakthroughs. The strength of super bionic silk is 3.86 times the ordinary silk, and it is subsequently expected to be applied to fields such as military and biomedical industries.

2020年10月,苏州大学主办了“纺织丝绸科技与产业发展论坛”,来自全国纺织、丝绸领域61家单位的企业家和专家学者共100余名代表,以“创新驱动,智织未来”为主题,积极交流纺织丝绸产业的最新科技成果和高质量发展前景,分享纺织丝绸领域的新理念、新技术,促进纺织丝绸产业高质量、健康可持续发展。

In October 2020, Soochow University hosted the “Textile Silk Technology and Industrial Development Forum”, with the presence of more than 100 representative entrepreneurs and experts from 61 Chinese textile and silk enterprises, theme of the forum was “innovation drives an intelligent future of silk industry”. Representatives actively exchanged the newest scientific and technological achievements and high-quality development prospects in the textile silk industry, shared new concepts and new technologies in textile silk fields, promoted the high quality and sustainable development of textile silk industry.

2020年6月,浙江理工大学成立了“国际丝绸与丝绸之路研究中心”,立足国际,在全球范围内开展丝绸之路及相关丝绸文化遗产研究。2020年11月24-25日,主办了第一届国际丝绸与丝绸之路学术研讨会来自联合国教科文组织、丹麦皇家科学与文学学院、美国纺织图案研究基金会、英国伦敦大学、剑桥大学、牛津大学、以及日本、荷兰、印度、俄罗斯、以色列等国家的高校和研究机构学者,参加了本次会议,为丝绸之路及丝路之绸研究提供了新的方向,为国内丝绸行业人才培养提供了新的思路。因为疫情的原因,线上线下同步举行,并进行现场直播,同时在线观看人数超过4000人。

In June 2020, World Silk and Silk Road International Research Center was established in ZSTU, aiming at the world-wide studies of Silk Road and related silk cultural heritage. On November 24-25, 2020, ZSTU hosted the First International Symposium on Silk and Silk Road, scholars from UNESCO, DKNVS, US Textile Pattern Research Foundation, University of London, University of Cambridge, University of Oxford, as well as universities in Japan, Netherlands, India, Russia, Israel and other countries attended the meeting, which provided new directions for the study of Silk Road and silk and offered new thought to cultivate domestic silk industry talents. The meeting was held online and offline simultaneously due to the epidemic. The live broadcast attracted over 4,000 audiences to watch online.

浙江理工大学与杭州纺织机械集团有限公司等共同承担完成的“节能减排制丝新技术及产业化应用”成果获2020年度中国纺织工业联合会科技进步一等奖。浙江理工大学胡智文教授、王秉副教授及其团队通过10多年的研究,研制成功用于保护出土丝绸文物的“丝蛋白加固技术”,解决了丝绸在加固过程中易碎的问题,故宫乾隆花园和敦煌莫高窟内的丝织品以及小河公主墓的出土文物都采用了这一新技术。该团队还研发了可以在考古现场迅速检验丝绸织物的检测试纸,可高灵敏度、高特异性地检测泥化丝织品中的丝绸,在检测原理上有了新的突破。“南海一号”的沉船样品就运用了这一技术,检测出了丝绸的存在。

The result of “energy-saving and emission reduction silk production and industrialization application” co-completed by ZSTU and Hangzhou Textile Machinery Group Co., Ltd. won 2020 CNTAC Science and Technology Progress Award. Professor Hu Zhiwen, deputy professor Wang Bing, and their team from ZSTU spent over ten years to successfully develop “fibroin reinforcement technology” for the conservation of unearthed silk cultural relics, overcame the frangibility of silk during the reinforcement. This technology was applied in the silk fabrics in Ningshou Gong Garden in the Forbidden City, Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang, as well as the cultural relics unearthed from the tomb of Princess of Xiaohe. The team also developed a test strip to quickly detect silk fabric in the archaeological site, and to conduct high sensitivity and high-specific detection of silk in muddy silk fabrics. The new breakthrough in the detection principle has also been applied to shipwreck sample of "Nanhai No.1" to detect the presence of silk.

2020年,浙江理工大学主办的《丝绸》期刊首次被评为“RCCSE中国权威学术期刊(A+)”,学科排名2/41,并再度荣获“2020年度中国高校百佳科技期刊”。

In 2020, Journal of Silk, hosted by ZSTU, was awarded A+ of China’s Authority Journal by RCCSE, with a discipline ranking of 2/41 and awarded again as “Top 100 Society of China University Journals in 2020 ”.

四川省丝绸科学研究院针对茧丝绸行业关键共性技术加大科技研发力度,2019年以来承担完成了部省级科研项目25项。例如自主研发的高效减压自动煮茧机,全国使用该设备的企业中有的生丝洁净成绩达到了95.5分,等级超过6A级标准;选育的“川柞3号”新蚕品种通过省级认定。作为主要起草单位编制了中国丝绸协会团体标准《鲜茧缫丝技术规程》以及四川省区域性地方标准《柞树主要病虫害防治技术规程》《柞蚕主要病虫害防治技术规程》,已发布实施。

Sichuan Academy of Silk Sciences has strengthened technological research and development of key generic technologies in the cocoon silk industry, undertaken and completed a total of 25 provincial scientific research projects since 2019. For example, among domestic enterprises adopting the pressure relief automatic cocoon boiling machine, some obtained 95.5 points in raw silk cleansing at a level of exceeding 6A grade; the new silkworm species “Chuan Zuo No.3” passed the provincial level accreditation. As the main drafting unit, Sichuan Academy of Silk Sciences compiled China Silk Association group standard “ Code of Practice for Fresh Cocoon Reeling” and the Sichuan Provincial regional standard “ Code of Practice for Main Diseases and Pests of Oak Tree” and “Code of Practice for Main Diseases and Pests of Tussah”, which have been released and implemented.

三、丝绸文化研究及交流

3. Research and Exchange of Silk Culture

以浙江省哲学社会科学重点研究基地——浙江省丝绸与时尚文化研究中心为平台,努力打造时尚文化研究高地。2021年5月22日,由浙江省社科联、浙江理工大学主办的“新时尚·新丝路·新学说”2021年学术研讨会成功召开,来自丝绸、时尚、文化等领域的多位专家学者和产业界代表齐聚杭州,共同探讨浙江省“重大窗口”时期优秀丝绸传统继承和时尚现代建构的理论学术研究。

The establishment of Zhejiang Silk and Fashion Culture Research Center, the key research bases of philosophy and social sciences in Zhejiang Province is aimed to create a height for fashion culture research. On May 22, 2021, Zhejiang Federation of Humanities and Social Sciences Circles and Zhejiang Sci-Tech University jointly hosted “New Fashion · New Silk Road · New Theory” 2021 academic seminar successfully, which gathered many experts, scholars from silk, fashion, culture and other fields and industry representatives in Hangzhou for the discussion and theoretical academic research of excellent silk tradition inheritance and modern fashion construction during the major window period in Zhejiang Province.

各位嘉宾,关于丝绸教育和科研,联盟各成员单位也都开展了大量的工作,时间关系,没能全面介绍。教育科研专委会将继续努力,积极推进丝绸人才培养,进一步加强产学研合作,更好地促进全球丝绸的可持续发展。也请大家多提宝贵意见和建议。
